Lipstick, ugh, do people really wear that? It gets all over the rim of your water glass, on your clothes, on your teeth, I have just never understood that. Bleccch.

OK, sorry about the anti-lipstick rant there. Moving right along, I didn’t quite follow whether you wanted golf references or not (to replace “short game”) but if not, how about Random Thoughts, Disconnected, Loose Ends, Frick-n-Frack… ??? Hmmm.

When are you coming up to Bellingham for a vanilla latte!?!?!?!?!?!??????

Obvs, based on this comment alone, it is apparent I need to go get a latte right now!

yeah, women always buy more lipstick in a recession…it’s a cheap little luxury. I think some economists actually watch those stats when determining when they’re going to break the news to the rest of us.

Goddangit, Lucy’s Mom – she stole “chip shots” right out from under me. I was raised in a very golf oriented family, so naturally that was my first thought.
The only other non-golf suggestion I have is Quick Quips or just Quickies. The former because that kind of alludes to you as a writer and the latter because it is my preferred method of marital relations.

For your short game your could have chip shots or putts (as mentioned) or come out of the sand trap smoothly and nicely…..all short shots in golf. Or you could move to football and punt or baseball and bunt, etc. etc. Maybe leave sports behind all together and do animal things….Notes from the litter box or messages from the dog pen…..all places where a short amount of time is spent…..Enuff of this silliness. Thanks for the blog boost.
