I had a hard time understanding Aussies (and New Zealand folk, y'all sound the same, don't get pissed) before I had my crazy addiction to YouTube for a while. I ended up learning a lot by watching vlogs from around the world, including the ability to decypher, distinguish between, and imitate a lot of fun accents. I don't have a problem with their accent anymore. The Welsh on the other hand, not so much.

Carolyn J. You're right. It's beginning to feel like Capn Jack Sparrow has taken the controls. We arrive in Sydney on Nov 4, then spend another 8 days getting home. Then I start robbing banks to pay for all this.

You know, a man did make it around the world in 80 days once (or should I say eeeeeighty deeeeys?). How long is this cruise anyway? Are you sailing around the earth, or are you on Neptune or something? 'Cause you been cruising quite a while.
